My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room on the 3rd level with a kitchenette and a view was excellent, but the lack of a kitchen on other levels was a downside. The service, especially the laundry service, was exceptional. The location was convenient as it was close to everything, including restaurants and stores. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to the mall and restaurants, and the area felt really safe.
